Proofread Definitions and Defined Terms with Updated Suggestions

Definitions and defined terms are essential for a consensual understanding of an agreement. Loio has long been able to identify and point to contract definitions using the Highlights tool, but with the recent update, you will be able to spot common issues and typos.

What Has Changed?

Our add-in’s AI now spots issues with contract definitions and defined terms. To do this, scan a document with Highlights, go to the Suggestions tab, and check the new Definitions section.

What Kind of Definition Issues Can Loio Find?

You can proofread contracts for issues like duplicate definitions, unused defined terms, and inconsistent capitalization of defined terms. For a full list of issues and more details on how we identify them, read the Issues with definition and defined terms article in our Help Center.

You can go to your Word add-in right now to see the new type of Suggestions in action. Stay tuned for more updates!
