Texas School Shooting Victims Take Legal Action against the Gunmaker

The lawyers for the dead school massacre victim sent a letter to Daniel Defense gunmaker demanding an investigation of the company.
The Robb Elementary School student Amerie Jo Garza died in the Texas school shooting on May 24. Salvador Ramos, 18, used a rifle produced by Daniel Defense gunmaker to kill Garza and the rest 20 victims.
The student’s father, Alfred Garza, and his lawyers wrote a letter to Daniel Defense. They requested to provide all advertising materials and preserve all potentially relevant information in both unaltered form and by copying and preserving such information.” Garza and his legal team believe that Daniel Defense’s advertising and marketing materials may include minor-oriented content.
The Robb Elementary School teacher Emilia Marin requested Daniel Defense’s marketing and financial records. She referred to the Mandalay Bay Resort shooting in Las Vegas in 2017, where the murderer used other Daniel Defense weapons.
Daniel Defense stressed its cooperation with appropriate state authorities in response to all requests.
