Russian representatives ignored the hearing at the UN highest court thus boycotting Ukraine’s demands to stop the fire across the country.
According to The Washington Post, thirty-nine states have referred to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate all war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine. The International Court of Justice in The Hague will give its final verdict on Wednesday, March 16.
