I'm an optimist who always tries to improve my world. Because of that, my ideal clients are those who seek to improve their lives. Although we may meet under trying circumstances, my most satisfied clients are those who look at divorce as a starting point to gaining independence and a better future. They're not seeking to destroy or embarrass their spouse, and they're willing and eager to listen to guidance--even and especially when it's difficult. As someone who built a law firm, I particularly love working with business owners and helping them protect what they created. My practice focuses on family law and estate planning. I have broad experience in both, and they include divorce, custody, pre-nuptial agreements, Wills, and trusts. My litigation experience is in family court and orphan's court, where I handle terminations of parental rights, guardianship, and estate administration disputes. My goal is to keep your case moving as quickly and as amicably as possible, so that you can focus on your family's needs instead of litigation.
