This cleaning contract template for services is for hiring someone to clean your home, office, or business. It lists what areas will be cleaned, how often, how much it costs, and who provides the cleaning supplies.

A daycare contract is between parents and a daycare provider. It explains the child’s schedule, payment details, safety rules, and what happens if the child is sick or if parents are late.

This is used when you hire an electrician to do work in your home or building. The electrical service contract covers what electrical work will be done, the timeline, cost, and safety terms.

Write the date you’re signing the general contract for services (called the “Effective Date”).

Fill in the full names and addresses of both people or businesses involved:

• One is the Client (the one paying for the service).
• The other is the Service Provider (the one doing the work).

In the section called “Scope of Services,” write exactly what the service provider is going to do.

Example: “Clean the office building every Monday and Thursday.”

Choose a start date and a completion date for when the job will begin and end

In the “Payment Terms” section, fill in:

• The total amount to be paid (called “Compensation”).
• When payment is due (the “Due Date”).
• The hourly rate for any extra (overtime) work.
• The daily interest rate if payment is late.

If something goes wrong, the service provider agrees to fix it within a certain number of days.

Fill in that number under the “Cure Period.”

In the “Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation” section, add how long the service provider:

• Can’t take clients away from the client.
• Can’t hire or try to hire the client’s employees.

• Under “Term and Termination,” write when the contract for services ends.
• Add how many days of notice are needed if either side wants to cancel early.
